Norime surengti renginį atitinkamose šalyse prieš pat išplaukiant mūsų laivui. Šiandien esame svečiai Klaipėdoje (Lietuva) ir mielai susitiktume su vietiniais geocacheriais.
Pastaba: Gali būti, kad mūsų laivo švartavimosi vieta bus pakeista per trumpą laiką. Tokiu atveju turėtume pakeisti renginio vietą, kad spėtume laiku pasiekti savo laivą! Tuomet apie tai paskelbčiau laiku.

We want to organise an event in the respective countries shortly before the departure of our ship. Today we are guests in Klaipeda (Lithuania) and would be happy to meet some local geocachers.
Note: It is possible that the berth of our ship will be changed at short notice. In this case we would have to change the location of the event so that we can reach our ship in time! I would then announce this in good time.

Wir wollen in den jeweiligen Ländern kurz vor Abfahrt unseres Schiffes ein Event veranstalten. Heute sind wir zu Gast in Klaipeda (Litauen) und würden uns freuen ein paar einheimische Geocacher kennenzulernen.
Hinweis: Es ist möglich, dass der Liegeplatz unseres Schiffes kurzfristig geändert wird. In diesem Fall müssten wir das Event örtlich etwas verlegen, damit wir unser Schiff noch rechtzeitig erreichen! Das würde ich dann rechtzeitig durch ein Announcement bekanntgeben.
