Come join me clean up Buffalo Park. Ill be here from 0900-1000. I grew up not far from here and was always out here in these woods biking and hiking and stuff hahaha. Then when I started Geocaching, I even hid a cache out here (long since archived). There have been a few others out here over the years as well. Lets pick up some trash and clean up the park!! Ill bring bags. You bring your own gloves and bug spray.
The Buffalo Conservation Area used to be a farm for buffalos until 2005.
That year, the owners planned to be more proactive in preserving its natural habitats and landscapes.
This 55-acred area is home to various terrain, including soil, wetlands, vegetation, and animal habitats.
There are also various trails to explore via biking, snowshoeing, walking, cross country skiing, etc.
Since the area is a conservation area, you’re not allowed to fish, hunt, cut down trees, or drive a vehicle through the site.
