Riddle Me This?! Mystery Cache

This puzzle can be solved in the comfort of your recliner or if you are really good at riddles as a field puzzle! The coordinates above will take you to the cache but you must first solve the riddle below to get the combination to the lock to open the cache. The answer is a 3 digit number but the lock is 4 digits. I'll give you the first number "0" you'll have to come up with the last 3!

The lock can be stubborn so if you have the correct numbers you may have to give it a good jerk to get it to open.

Please replace the cache container and contents back as you found it for the next cacher to solve!

In order to claim the find, you must sign the log. The "I forgot a pen" excuse will not fly here (there are 3 in the container). If the log is missing, full, or otherwise damaged, please private message me a photo of the opened log book in your hand. I reserve the right to randomly audit the log from time to time and delete finds that are missing signatures. Please play fair and enjoy!
