Geocache Description:

Your search will start on a Rail Trail, but soon bring you to a lovely wooded trail along the Saco River called Old County Road. (You will occasionally see pavement.) The posted coordinates bring you to a....post! The post has numbers on it that you will use to determine the coords for Stage 2. At stage two is a feature that you will use to determine the final coordinates.

For Stage 2: On side of the post facing the tracks is a two digit number. (It might once have had more digits, but the hole cut them out.) Add the two digit number to this coordinate to get the north coord: N 43* 51.812.  Find a three digit number (same side of post) and add it to this coordinate to get the west coord: W 070* 47.639.  Now take a nice walk down Old County Road trail to Stage 2, which is a natural object, shaped, placed and marked by men.

For Final Coordinates: Identify the two letters on the object. Take the one farthest from the beginning of the alphabet and find its number, meaning, A=1, B=2, etc.  Subtract this number from these coords to calculate the final north coords: N 43* 51.653.  Take the same number and add it to these coords to calculate the west coords: W 070* 47.668.
