LGBTQ Philadelphia Geocache Series #1
This is the first in what will hopefully be a series of caches documenting the queer past, present, and future of Philadelphia. This cache is located along the border of Edgely Field, which, in 1993, acted as the site for the Gay Softball World Series. Over 1,700 queer individuals from across the US and Canada congregated in the park to participate and spectate the games. This cache comes a few months before the 30th anniversary of the event itself.
This is a small black cylindrical cache -- bring a pen/pencil!
