Hello Adventurer....
My son and I hope you are having a fantastic day with your EPIC Geocaching adventure.
GPS
Sometimes GPS satellites have different coordinates based on a change in weather, time of year, and/or a few other random issues. So, occasionally… there are a few errors when using your GPS.
On our part, we have used a Garmin eTrex SE for our waypoints and then we re-verify each location in Google Maps along with taking a screenshot (as seen in attached pictures). So, please use your GPS along with the photo attached to this cache to help you figure things out.
HINTS
Most of our caches are very SIMPLE and easy to find. But there are a few that may be difficult or challenging to find (especially if you are new to this). When we were newbies… we had our challenges finding a few at first. But now with much more experience under our belts, we have gone back to previous DNF locations and found it with ease.
As for the hints we give… we sometimes give partial information (yeah… a little sneaky) or we give a HUGE clue. It is up to you and your experience to figure out whether we made it easy or difficult.
Isn’t that part of the fun :o)
DNF
Please take your time looking (if needed) .... and don't get stressed out as most of our 4-5 hiding styles should be easy to find. But, if you can't find it… log it as DNF and maybe come back another day when you have more experience.
DON’T GIVE UP
Who knows.... someone may have moved our cache to where it wasn't meant to be or it may have even been stolen (happens every once in a while). If you can’t find it, be persistent and go look for another one of ours nearby and maybe that one is easier or hasn’t been messed with.
So. please don't give up if you miss out on your first or even your100th find.
HAVE A GREAT DAY & GOOD LUCK!
Congrats to "theTwonky" on being FTF!
