Veteran's Park is a great little park in Orange County. Accessable from the parking area are basketball courts and a playground. The park ititself has a play area for children, charcoal grills and paved trails.
I had not visited this park until I broke my hip and went here to rehab it. Everytime I would walk this certain trail I would see this one spot and thought to myself a cache needs to be there. After some planning I finally placed it today.
The cache was too small for a pencil, but there are some goodies in there. Bring something to sign the log. Potential of high muggle activity so please use stealth.
