The trail was orginally a service track for the high voltage power lines. Then tweaked/repurposed into a downhill mountain bike trail. Now the trail is a little washed out and with the addition of such areas as the Camel Farm mountian bike recreation park, these are seldom ridden on.
As a family we have been walking through this little slice of hills bushland for a little over 20 years now. Geocaching for the last 5 years but only on the 'lite' version. These school holidays we thought we'd make a real go of it. Joined up properly and to our suprise a whole new world appeared.
With our lateast family edition, the 4 legged variety, we are now finding ourselves up here more than ever. We had such fun in making these caches in the school holidays and will continue to add to the library locally.
Lola and Cayden hope the 'hunt and find' was as much fun as the 'make and hide' was.
