The Geocaching App calls this little spot "T. R. Willis Park," but its actual name is "Wallis," named after a former Mayor of Cave Springs.
Mr. Golden watched a lot of "Different Strokes" on WTBS as a kid, and always waited for this punchline to be delivered by Gary Coleman.
Even though you knew it was coming, it always seemed absolutely hilarious when delivered. Weird how that works.
If you have 10 minutes to waste, we challenge you not to laugh:

Anyway, this is a no-tricks almost-PNG in a little micro-park with a lot of likely hiding spots. Plenty of parking in the adjacent lot just to the south. You are looking for a shiny GOLDEN bison tube attached to a key ring, hidden in a rather uninspired spot, but one that should be fairly muggle-resistant. Speaking of muggles, there will plenty driving past just a couple of dozen feet away, but they will probably all be in a hurry, and should pay no heed to a cacher or two poking around in a little patch of grass whose most frequent visitor is the guy who mows it.
As always, we will provide as many hints as your pride allows. Happy Hunting!
