Cache is available and findable in winter But snowmobiles use this trail so if you look for it in the winter be aware of snowmobile traffic.
The Mascoutin Valley at one time had a large Native American population. They used to hunt in the area and collect fish.They grew crops.Also had a close family group. Some times at dusk when you walk the trail you can almost hear their Tom Tom beat in the distance. They were a hardy bunch of people to survive and flourish back then.
