Geocache Description:

A straightforward cache in a location obvious to cachers.

This has twice been knocked off its perch into impenetrable undergrowth. Both times the guilty cacher has owned up, which speaks for the honesty and general goodness of our community!

When looking for it please take great care not to drop it!

It is magnetic, but what it is attached to is only partly made of ferrous metal, so make sure it is actually attached before letting go.

This third cache is also tied on, but that means you will have to take it down to get it out rather than lifting it straight up, replacing it in the same way. (This will make sense when you find it!)

*No, they did away with kings in 509 BCE and had a republic which lasted for roughly 500 years. They therefore did not need regents. Later, though, they had emperors, who were much the same as kings. An early emperor, Claudius, was in charge when the Roman Empire took over southern Britain, including the celtic town that later became Leicester.
