This cache is placed in tribute to my mom who is always doing search and rescue training in this area because this area of forest is home to an old plane crash in the cranberry wilderness. And for everything she does with the Civil Air Patrol. Members of this organization know that sometimes the conditions aren't perfect and finding what you're looking for can prove to be difficult but worth it.
