This cache is located at the posted coordinates. However, to log your find, you must first satisfy an additional requirement, or challenge!
You must have found enough caches below sea level to have accumulated a total of -100m of below sea level finds. In other words, your cumulative depression must be at least 100m.
There is no time limit for this challenge, and no restriction on the number of cache finds used to qualify (so, for example, you could have found 100 caches each at -1 m, or one cache at -100 m, or anywhere in between).
For example, here is how I would qualify:

The difficulty rating reflects the difficulty of completing this challenge, as hides below sea level are not easy to come by, particularly in Canberra, so significant planning, effort and/or travel will be required for you to qualify. The hide itself is difficulty 2.0.
The terrain rating reflects that you will likely have required a boat (I know I did) or other specialised equipment to complete this challenge, or if not, travelled significant distance in search of hides below sea level. The cache itself is no longer terrain 1.5 as it was originally. It is now around 3 m off the ground, in a tree, and thus you will either need a TOTT (recommended) or to climb (probably around a T3-T4).
Although you may have found caches that are under the sea to qualify, this cache is very much NOT under the sea, and depending on the hides you have found to qualify, you even may have avoided getting wet in the process of qualifying!
You may sign the logbook before you qualify, and post a "Write note" log saying you have done so. You can then change your log to "Found It" once you qualify. You can check whether you qualify using the challenge checker here:
