Papertown Baby!!!
This is a friendly park and grab located in a park, central area of town, next to a massive murial that reads "PAPERTOWN". Parking right next to the cache. This should be a VERY easy cache, don't be afraid to get dirty.
P.S- The cords are not spot on, however we will say, when facing the murial walk all the way down to the left, you may need to walk over a bit of mulch but no need to walk up the steps!! See hint for another clue!!
