To get the real coordinates and find your smiley, you must complete the Orange Lake Overlook Adventure Lab in Orange Lake, FL. You will need the Adventure Lab app on your phone in order to complete your mission.
Once you have completed the adventure lab you will be given the coordinates to the final bonus cache.
