Euphorbia (Spurge)
Euphorbia, commonly known as Spurge, is a very large
and diverse genus of flowering plants. Euphorbias can range from
small annual plants to large and long lived trees.
Photo above shows euphorbia as a small tree.
The tallest species of euphorbia is the Euphorbia Ampliphylla,
which can grow to be 98ft (30m) or more. The genus has roughly
2000 members making it one of the largest flowering plant genera.
