Geocache Description:

Welcome to Part 2 of my Central Experimental Farm Tour!

Another easy cache with some onlookers, depending on how beautiful of a day it might be. One late evening I seen a coyote trotting across the parking lot along the way to Cache #3! You are always safe if you keep your distance.

For those who use the bus for travel, Carling road is near by with access to the GZ. Near the Ottawa Civic Hospital. Be mindful of cars on these roads. There may be few a far between, but safety first.

The Central Experimental Farm (CEF), commonly known as the Experimental Farm, is an agricultural facility, working farm, and research centre of the Research Branch of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. As the name indicates, this farm is centrally located in and now surrounded by the City of OttawaOntario, Canada. The 4 square kilometres (1.5 sq mi) farm is a National Historic Site of Canada and most buildings are protected and preserved as heritage buildings.

The K.W. Neatby Building is located at the Central Experimental Farm in OttawaOntarioCanada. The building contains the Eastern Cereal and Oilseed Research Centre (ECORC), a research centre belonging to the Research Branch of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. The building is a Recognized Heritage Building[1] of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.

To proceed to Cache #3, continue down Winding Ln and turn left onto Ash Ln until you reach GZ 3.
