Now, as geocachers we are all well used to CITO events when we endeavour to improve the environment and rid our beaches and beauty spots of rubbish. The idea for this Event came from a CITO which was held recently when two geocachers took some of their found rubbish home to be recycled into cache containers.
So, now it's your turn to put a little magic into that trash. You will need to bring an item of trash and any other materials you may need to perform the cache magic. I shall bring along some clean, washed trash items. Materials you may need if you wish to make your own could include string, glue, screws, screwdriver, craft knife, scissors, pens, ruler etc. If anyone has already made a cache container from trash please bring it along to share the idea with others. Also, you may have found some natural objects when out looking for a cache and thought that would make a good camo cache. Bring those as well and share your ideas. For those not wishing to make a container, you might be inspired to think of some new creative, magical ideas. Let the magic begin!
There is a vending machine where you can purchase soft drinks or you can bring along your own. There is also car parking available.
