There have been enumerable numeral systems in the history of the world, and several are still in use today. The primary system in use in the Americas is called the Arabic numeral system, with its symbols 0, 1, 2, 3, etc. These symbols are also called Western Arabic, Hindu-Arabic, Western, Latin and European digits. Other numeral systems using these or other symbols that do or did exist include Eastern Arabic, Roman, Hindu, Chinese, binary, octal and others.
A relatively new numeral system was invented in the 1990s by middle school students, who struggled with making the more common Arabic system work within their language. That numeral system has now been added to the Unicode, the international technology "standard for the consistent encoding, representation, and handling of text expressed in most of the world's writing systems" (per Wikipedia). You’ll need to convert this numeral system to our more familiar Arabic numerals to get the true location of the cache. That will require some research.
