Camp Arroyo Grande is a private camp, but it is generally open to the public as long as there are not signs stating that they currently have a private camp on site. Feel free to check in at the office if you have any questions about accessing the caches. There's a trail to hike around the perimeter of this camp on the hill overlooking the historic village of Arroyo Grande. We worked with the camp director and the members of Girl Scout Troop 45310 to place this series of caches for visitors to enjoy. The camp and the caches can be accessed via the gate on Wesley St. Drive through the gate and park by the office which is near the trailhead that will take you around the perimeter of the camp where you will find the caches. Enjoy the caches, the nature, the views, and this historic camp within the city of Arroyo Grande. This cache is a camouflaged lock and lock container. After finding, you may return to your vehicle the way you came, or you may continue on to the cross and then down the trail which we marked as the exit trail way point.
