This is a grab and go type of cache at a fun kayak/canoe launch that just opened a year or so ago. Plenty of parking for the cache. It's not usually very busy, but you might have to be a bit sneaky if people are fishing.
Container is a novelty container with just enough room for a rolled up tiny cache (you might need tweezers). No pencil/pen with the cache.
Just for fun to give people a stop they might not have been to yet.
