When we were kids, the road used to come through here. Now this intersection has been redone, but this weird little patch of the old road was left in place so that county workers can still get down there to mow. It's a beautiful little shady spot along a very steep and wide portion of Phillippi Creek (great view). Can be accessed by car, bike, bus, or foot.
