There are two whaler just few meters from the Road 47 standing still and waiting to be eaten by time. They are so well hidden that if you don´t know about them, you will miss them for sure.
Hvalur 6 RE-376 (built in 1946) and Hvalur 7 RE-377 (built in 1945) are Icelandic whaling ships built in England by Smith's Dock Company.
