A Terceira Lombada é uma localidade da freguesia da Ponta Delgada. É o último “lombo”, das várias lombadas da Ponta Delgada. Situa-se entre os sítios, da Lamaceira e da Segunda Lombada. A nível hidrográfico, está entre a Ribeira da Granja e a Ribeira do Velho.
O povoamento da Terceira Lombada fez-se através da habitação dispersa, fruto da irregularidade do solo. Estende-se desde a cota 200 até à cota 250, ou seja, ao longo de 50 metros, numa encosta declivosa, ao longo da única rua na Terceira Lombada, a Rua dos Reis Magos, de cariz circular. A agricultura é o principal meio de subsistência nesta localidade.
A Terceira Lombada compreende alguns trilhos. A sul, existe um trilho que liga esta localidade ao sítio do Lombinho, passando pela Ribeira da Camisa. Ao chegar à localidade, há um trilho que liga a Segunda Lombada. Por fim, a norte desta localidade, há diversos trilhos que ligam ao Rosário e às zonas altas de São Vicente.
