A lovely ramble up Shittlehope Burn will bring you to the place of 1st Stanhope Scouts first cache. This cache was placed on a lovely summers evening, but we think you'll appreciate the beauty of it's location whatever the weather. Though caution should be taken on the path up/down the path especially when it is wet and muddy under foot.
