Be careful to not wake up Oscar the Grouch. This is his favorite place to stay and to him, it's home. I really like this area where I placed the cache because I have kayaked here before wiht my family when it was warm out and we had a good time. It's very relaxing to enjoy the water and watch it flow downstream, Oscar, of course, agrees and he likes the calmess to sooth him to sleep. Please be discreet when looking/finding this cache, the area has a lot of muggles at times. Hours of park are dawn to dusk so no night caching. In the area you can fish, kayak, hike, and even go swimming. If you have a boat you can even do that!
