Another thrift store find! Muggle son and I were shopping late last year when he held out this gem and I knew it too would need to become a cache theme! It's taken me awhile to get the preparations done and then get out there to find a decent spot. And then place it on private property and have to start again!! Not sure this is exaclty what Rosie was thinking of when I explained geocaching to her, but oh well! I think she was thinking of the Lily Pad in Seattle!!
Parking is doable on the west east side of Thornydale, but the area is smaller on the west side. Please be careful crossing the street if you park on the east side. Do make sure to pull all the way off the road and be careful of thorns, stickers and desert things. Make sure you place our friend in a secure spot when you return her so she doesn't slip up and fall down. Lastly, please be careful with the cache. I am hoping it stands up to use and abuse, but if there are epoxy failures, please let me know.
