Our dog, Malcom, is not the greatest geocaching assistant. He is easily bored, hates getting wet or dirty, would prefer to chase birds and squirrels, and sometimes creates messes for us to clean up.
This area has moose and bears, so be aware of your surroundings at all times. Bear spreay is recommended. A dog might also be helpful, but choose one more courageous and loud than Malcom.
Parking is on the side of Ken Login Circle uphill of the Fire Lane No Parking signs: the trailhead is at the end of the circle.
