All roads in Portage County are open to ATV traffic (unless marked). This is not an issue here. The real problem is keeping your speed at or below the speed limit. Too fast and you will bounce yourself off your ATV, too slow and you might shake yourr teeth out. The road is like a washboard.
(if you are driving a car/truck this road may shake you a bit) I would not really drive this one on a motorcycle as the road is mostly gravel and loose sand and you might find your bike sliding, I speak from past experience)
A pretty easy P&G, but watch for the ravine as it goes down pretty quickly and I would not want you to fall down.
