Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. Recognized for her songwriting, musical versatility, artistic reinventions, and influence on the music industry, she is a prominent cultural figure of the 21st century. In 2023 she commenced the record breaking "Eras" tour with a total of 131 shows scheduled over two years. During the 'Eras' shows, Taylor performs songs from all 10 of her studio albums released between 2006 and 2023. Taylor conceived the Reputation album during her self-seclusion from public appearances as an effect of the rampant tabloid scrutiny on her private life and celebrity after her fifth studio album 1989. Inspired by the fantasy series "Game of Thrones", she split the album's lyrical scope in two: one is about the downsides of fame and the resultant anger, and the other about love amidst the tumult.
