Playtime!
You can't walk past a bowl in a woodland like this without building a rope swing... and this is just that. The cache can be found at my suggested location for a nice swing out into the void.
I suggest making a day of it and tackling this along with the nearby companion "playtime" caches Yo-Yo and Jungle Gym. If you complete Yo-Yo first, this will be a blessed relief. If you are thwarted by Yo-Yo, then this is just the place to let off steam!
DO NOT CLIMB ABOVE YOUR ANCHOR. MAINTAIN A SECURE CONNECTION, WITH RATED GEAR, TO THE TREE AT ALL TIMES.
