This multicache will take you to two sites important in Pleasanton's history. Take advantage of this opportunity to explore Main Street as you find the parts of this cache.
The listed coordinates are for a memorial in Vetran's Plaza, a little park near Pleasanton's Main Street. Your kids can enjoy the playground while you track down the first part of the cache.
Stand in front of the memorial - dedicated to all vetrans who honorably served our country in times of war, in times of peace - and then walk thirteen paces North. Stop, turn and proceed eight paces West. Look to your left for the coordinates for the main cache.
The coordinates for the second part of this cache will take you to a unique depiction of Pleasanton's history.
The cache, about 2inches wide and 3 inches tall, is in a camouflaged tin container which is well hidden. It contains a log so bring your own pencil or pen. Please re-hide it carefully. This is a busy area so be discreet as you locate the cache and then replace it.
