You will not find the geocache at the listed coordinates, but you will find a convenient place to park while you solve the puzzle. You can also find street parking nearby, if the lot is full.
I love libraries, especially when I'm traveling. It's a great place to sit and relax, cool off in summer, warm up in the winter, grab some water or use the facilities, use the wifi, or even ask questions about the place you are visiting. No one asks you to buy anything, and there is almost always something interesting to discover. Like geocaches.
This location used to be a somewhat sad strip mall, and what you see today is a redevelopment of the property to include shops, apartments, and condos as well as the library. To find the final, you must visit a few of the locations around this library. At all locations below, you should be on the sidewalk and facing the building. (Please stay out of the parking lot while solving) These can be done in any order, but the order below will minimize walking.
Stop 1: At N43 03.207 W89 27.029 you will find a bench. Sit down and look across the street at the big sign over the entrance (not the lettering on the windows) U = The third letter of both the second and third words on the sign
Stop 2: N43 03.271 W89 27.011 V = The first letter of the second word in the name of the business?
Stop 3: N43 03.274 W89 27.051 X = What letter appears twice in both the first and last word of the business?
Stop 4: N43 03.247 W89 27.039 Y =The first letter of the principal product this business sells
Stop 5: N43 03.241 W89 27.025 Z = The last letter of the second word to the right of the door.
