Another Grab and Go on Historic Route 66. As you know, in this area, the Mother Road was 4 lanes, and eventually reduced to 2 lanes between Litchfield and Staunton, IL. This cache sits about halfway from/to Litchfield on the way to/from Mount Olive, the unofficial caching capital of Macoupin County.
This cache is an easy park and grab off of the highway, with safe parking to make a grab.
I'd recommend dawn to dusk, Log only, no real room for items, Bring a Pencil.
