Metro Gnome has enjoyed the rhythm of the road while journeying from home in D.C.'s Mary Livingston Ripley Garden, along the C & O Canal towpath and A.T. to visit Pappy Gnome just across Pen Mar Park. There was never any concern about getting lost. Pappy's address and coordinates are written inside on the roof of Metro's geomobile, which is parked at Inspiration Peak, an archived caching site (GCPADD) logged by almost 500 people.
