BYOP! This is just a place in the City of Kennewick where we felt more caches were needed. Kennewick is in the desert and although there are green lawns and beautiful trees, they would not exist without man bringing water to them. This little spigot is no longer used to provide water and except when it rains, everything around it has dried up and returned to a desert state.
9/21/23 - after disappearing 3 times in the last month, I decided to change the container. It is no longer a pill bottle and you will definitely need a TOTT to get the log out of the container. It is not really a micro, but is not a small either.
8/17/24 - That wonderful container lasted almost a year, but alas it too is gone and we do not have another one 😞 So we have revamped this cache entirely. It is a different container that hopefully won’t get noticed or messed with as much. I will rewrite the hint as it is no longer buried under the rocks. All you need to do is unscrew the top.
Beware of mugglers and be very stealthy. This is a busy area and there is a lot of traffic here, both cars and on foot. Should be an easy Park & Grab and you don't have to go beyond the sidewalk to find it.
PLEASE HIDE THE CONTAINER WELL, SO IT CANNOT BE SEEN BY SOMEONE WALKING BY! And MAKE SURE NO ONE IS WATCHING YOU! I don't want this one to disappear and it won't, with your help concealing it. This cache will definitely test your ability to be stealthy and secretive!
