Cuckmere Haven CITO (Season 2)
at Seven Sisters Country Park
will take place
10:00 - 13:00
Sunday 3rd September 2023

The CITO will be at Cuckmere Haven along the river banks clearing what a vast amount of detritus along Cuckmere River. There are lots of small pieces of human made rubbish scattered along the banks, brought in with the tide and washed up on the river banks. Cuckmere Haven in the Seven Sisters Country Park is a popular place for walkers, swimmers, cyclists, bird watchers, school field trips and family outings. We'd welcome and be very greatlful for your help to make an impact on improving this.
This CITO event has been organised in conjunction with Seven Sisters Country Park & South Downs National Park Authority.

2023 Geocaching HQ Souvenir

Cache In Trash Out® (CITO) is an environmental initiative the geocaching community supports. Since 2002, CITO has enabled geocachers to beautify and restore natural and urban spaces. In that time, there have been more than 599,000 logged attendances at nearly 33,000 events where geocachers helped improve the outdoors.
Actions often speak louder than words; from collecting trash to planting trees, and all other kinds of CITO activities, when we CITO, we make our world a better place. We build community with our geocaching neighbors and leave our incredible geocaching gameboard better than how we found it.
