This event is to celebrate GC77E4 HERMIT'S HIDEAWAY, originally placed by Molinnis Crew back in July 2002.
I was away for it's actual birthday, so I am holding a belated birthday event.
The event is also on International Geocaching Day, so you'll get a souvenir for coming along, if you haven't already found a cache that day.
I am hoping to make some small cakes for the event, though only sponge cakes.
Hermit is the 8th oldest active cache in Cornwall, and the 6th oldest on the Cornish mainland. Caches on the Isles of Scilly are in yellow, mainland caches in purple. This list is the oldest active caches published in 2001 or 2002.
