It seems like very few events are held in the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area, so since the August Wheel of Challenges goal is to find different iconic caches I set up this event to help fellow cachers earn this icon needed for both of the available challenge souvenir levels.
Aug 19th is also International Geocaching Day, so we have two reasons we can celebrate.
The location for this event is a shelterhouse at the south end of S. Main St in Cedar Falls. To get there, when you are on Greenhill Rd go south at the roundabout near Fareway to the end of S. Main St. It is NOT accessible directly from Hwy 58.
