In my journey to fill Mont Belvieu with caches, I've walked up and down these sidewalks somewhere close to a million times (I stopped counting after two) - and in these walks I've noticed the city has built quite a few of the electrical testing stations along what used to be quite the scenic stroll. Now I understand this city is growing at an exponential rate, and with the news that they plan to construct five-thousand shiny new homes in what was once a lively cow pasture, I figured why not make some fun of it? After all, more homes should hopefully equivalate to more cachers, right? This cache is nothing to grandeur, but I've seen these kinds before and figured one here made sense. As always, I hope you have as much fun finding it as we did placing it.
This cache was originally intended to be part of a mini-series I had planned on creating that would have stretched the length of the sidewalk from Eagle Drive down 565. Well, after running into some distancing issues, that really didn't work out the way I intended as one of the caches was a mere three feet too close to the other. Without a suitable replacement spot, I have now decided to publish these caches independently of one another. Feel free to park at the opening of Mystery Lane next to the hedges.
