Vallone San Giovanni - I LaghettiÂ
Il Vallone San Giovanni è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi a pieno la natura e l'aria di montagna, situato in mezzo a catene montuose imponenti e circondato da ruscelli, laghetti, prati verdeggianti, mucche, marmotte e altra fauna tipica locale.Â
Una volta arrivati ai laghetti potrete fermarvi a mangiarvi un bel panino o a fare un pic-nic nei vari prati e perchè no, un bel bagno rigenerante sotto la cascata! (Vi consigliamo di portarvi il costume, anche se l'acqua è fredda) o se siete meno temerari, prendere il sole o leggere un bel libro.Â
Insomma, da come avrete capito, è un piccolo angolo di paradiso dove il silenzio e la meravigliosa cornice che vi circonda vi farà innamorare di questo posto.
Si raccomanda l'utilizzo di scarponi e di portarsi tanta acqua poichè non sono presenti sorgenti in vicinanza della cache.

Partendo dal parcheggio 1 (strada asfaltata) o dal parcheggio 2 (strada sterrata), proseguire per il sentiero seguendo le indicazioni per Maire Valletta.Â
Il sentiero è adatto a ogni livello di allenamento e facilmente percorribile.Â
La durata è circa 1h lungo: 2,8km con un dislivello positivo di 300m e si raggiunge un'altitudine massima di 1560m, per chi fosse interessato è anche possibile effettuare la bella via ferrata al Bec Valletta poco distante dai laghetti, per maggiori info link qui sotto:

Inoltre proseguendo è possibile raggiungere il Colle della Boaria, nelle vicinanze partono altri sentieri per il lago Terrasole, il forte Alto e il monte Becco Rosso.

How to get there:
Starting from parking 1 (asphalted road) or from parking 2 (dirt road), continue along the path following the signs for Maire Valletta.
The path is suitable for all levels of training and easily passable.
