Welcome to Hoffman Hills State Rec Area. Here you will find over 700 acres of preserved and restored wooded hills, wetlands and prairies. There are miles of hiking and cross country ski trails. Off trail snowshoe area. 3 picnic areas. And a 60 foot high observation tower with great views, especially in autumn.
Skiers 16+ must have a state trail pass. Sleds,snowboards, snowshoes and hikers not allowed on groomed ski trails in the winter.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the Wisconsin DNR, Calvin Kunkle, Park Manager, Hoffman Hill Rec Area. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
