COME JOIN US FOR FALL FEST. Create the ultimate Geocache to hide and be prepared for some other fun. This location has a heated indoor pool, mini golf, a entertainment room with pool and ping pong and other games. Please DO NOT put any temporary caches on any of the wooden decks, piers or stairs. There is WIFI in the park.
TEMPORARY CACHE HIDES -
The Ultimate Geocache Creation Contest! Bring a container you would like the participants to find. You know, that idea that you’ve always wanted to try or know wouldn’t last in the real world. It does not need a log sheet. Just put a code word inside so finders can write that down on their Fall Fest Log Sheet. Hide it in the park then bring the coordinates to the pavilion by 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Coordinates for all geocaches (permanent and temporary) will be collected and distributed in the pavilion by 12:00 pm after any necessary announcements. Any corrections to coordinates after this will be posted on a sign at the pavilion. These temporary caches will not remain a permanent cache in the park and MUST be gathered up before the awards at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. Prizes for finding these temporary caches will be distributed on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. at the pavilion.
Friday:
6:00 Potluck -BBQ event Bring your favorite BBQ dish
Saturday: 8:00 Steak out challenge by Willaim Cole. There will be 6 of them set up and it will run till Sunday at 9 am
10:30 Temporary cache submissions due in
11:00 Ammo Can Toss
12:00 Download temp caches and announcements
6:00 Dinner - Chili, Baked potatoes and Fixings
Dark: Night caches are ready - Games and geo stories at the pavilion afterwards.
Sunday: 10:00 All caches due in for judging, Announce winners and do drawings.
