This cache is not at the posted coordinates.  In fact it is in the middle of the canal.  Please do go to the posted coordinates we would not like anyone to be arrested.

This is number 2 in the National Parks series.  Again these are not meant to be difficult puzzles but are intended to give some history, background and appreciation for the parks themselves.  The hide is off a very nice path and is easily accessible.  This is a micro so no swag and please bring your own pen.  Onto the puzzle.  You are solving for the following coordinates:
