Blooming Parish

One of the things I love about where we live is the effort the local Parish Council goes to to add little touches; like flowers ;-) . 

A quick dash and grab for this micro-sized cache.  You will need stealth for this one (suggestion in the hint!). You'll need your own pen or pencil. Small enough possibly for a little item inside. Please place it back carefully.

Avoid school times as it will be VERY busy with Muggles.
