This stash is inside the Chippewa Library, which is open these hours. The final location is a five-digit number: ###.##; you get to choose how you find out the digits. Select one of these options, and then go find the cache! Based on the rules for indoor caches, you don't have to interact with anyone, and you do have to do something outside. Placed with library and township permission. Don't go south to the parking lot and playground that are currently under construction.
Option 1: Veterans Memorial (to honor our military)
You can park close to it or walk up from the library parking lot. Look at the dark stone with the eagle on it.

Option 2: Tower (if you like counting and don't want to leave the parking lot)
Beside the parking lot is a three-sided tower. Not including the antennae sticking out of the sides, count the diagonal bars zig-zagging up one side to the top. It should be a two-digit number that's divisible by 12. Call it YZ.

Option 3: Benches Pebbles (if you want to find something tangible)
There are used to be three park benches beside the parking lot. Although the benches are gone, the pebbles that were around them remain. Pick up a pebble from the very corner and read the code on it. Please replace the pebble as found.
