The Geocachers of the Bay Area would like to invite you to our annual GIFF event (ignoring the pandemic years where it could not be held)!
Where: San Jose Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Library, Room 225
Address: 150 E San Fernando St, San Jose
When: Saturday, November 18th
Doors open up at 1:30 pm at which time we will want volunteers to rearrange the furniture (thanks).
Non-furniture movers might appear around 2:00 pm
Movies start at 2:30 pm
Once the movies end we would appreciate volunteers to restore the furniture to the layout the library room started us with.
Event ends at 5:00pm but we need to be finished with our cleanup and out of the room by 5pm.
All Cachers welcome to this free event. Join us, see this year's films, socialize and receive the 2023 GIFF souvenir.
NOTE: Parking across the street at the 4th street garage ($1/15 min. with $25 max, $10 max on weekends). On-street parking available for 2 hours and free after 6pm. Bike racks are located on S.4th st. near E. San Fernando st. We encourage carpooling and public transportation.
Free parking is available if you park over on 12 - 15th streets and walk ~10 min. to the library.
