Geocache Description:

A small cache hidden on a quiet country lane which takes you down to the Kirtle water.

Nearby is a cave allegedly used by King Robert the Bruce.  Here the fleeing king is said to have watched a spider swinging from one side of the cave to the other, which gave rise to the saying "if at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again".  Dunskellie Castle used to stand nearby also.

Cache contains log, pen and swaps.
