Mi fedrwch chi gerdded o dref Caernarfon i'r lleoliad yma fydd yn cymryd oddeutu awr o gerdded i chi. * Ewch dros Bont yr Aber o'r dref a dilyn Llwybr Arfordir Cymru i'r dde. Ar y ffordd wnewch chi basio'r parc ar y chwith; yna Fferm Is-Helen; pasio Clwb Golff Caernarfon, Iard Tŷ Calch; parhewch ar y llwybr gan basio Eglwys Sant Baglan ar y chwith... bron yna tan ddowch chi at fwrdd picnic siâp cwch! Yno, gyda'ch cefn i'r môr yn wynebu’r mynyddoedd cerddwch at y postyn pren wrth y wal.
Mae'n gynhwysydd 14cm/20cm/5cm7cm wedi ei osod ger gwaelod y postyn pren! Ynddi mae beiro, llyfr log a cherdyn Prifysgol y Plant.
Mae hwn yn fan poblogaidd iawn i weld yr haul yn machlud, chael picnic, i wylio'r adar a dolffiniaid os byddwch chi'n lwcus yn yr Haf!

You can walk from the town of Caernarfon to this location which will take you around an hour's walk to get there. * Go over the Estuary Bridge from the town and follow the Wales Coastal Path to the right. On the way you will pass the park on the left; then Is-Helen Farm; pass Caernarfon Golff Club, Ty Calch yard; carry on on the path passing St Baglan's Church on the left... almost there until you come to a boat shaped picnic table! There, with your back to the sea facing the mountains you will see a wooden post by the wall.
It is a 14cm/20cm/5cm7cm container placed at the bottom of the wooden post! In it is a pen, a logbook and a Children's University card. This is a very popular place to see the sun set, have a picnic, to watch the birds and dolphins if you're lucky in the Summer!
Be careful, the road along the Foryd is narrow with cars using the lane, so stick to the path or beachfront where it's safe.
