"Where is Steve?" Is a geocache placed in honor of my father in law. There have countless times where we bump into him unplanned in the most random spots of the city. Random back lanes, in grocery stores completely out of the way of the neighborhood we reside, even driving side by side on the road at 9pm on a Thursday.
So this cache is placed where we can most often find Steve. At the dog park.
